• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  US Customers:
  Items usually arrive within 5-7 business days. During the month of December, items may take 5-14 business days to arrive.

  International Customers:
  Most items arrive within 5-14 business days. However, it can sometimes take up to 30 days for your package to arrive.

  U.S. packages will have a tracking number. International packages will not have a tracking number. If you want to have a tracking number, please contact us first before order. The shipping cost will be higher.

  If your items do not arrive within the time frames listed above, please contact us. We will ALWAYS do our best to help track down missing packages.
